If Jerry truly wants to groom Garrett to be the HC in 3-4 years, then Phillips would be the logical choice...

I agree Phillips makes sense, but so does Norv...and Norv also has a pretty good track record with QB coaches

I really thought Dan Reeves (if hhis health permitted, which is a big questionmark) made the most sense if the ultimate goal was getting Garrett ready to be HC in a couple of seasons, but apparently Jones and co. didnt agree
