Eli Manning, Matt Hasselback, and Michael Vick for the NFC.

I'd bet on it.

Perhaps but Bledsoe is better than Manning or Vick statistically. It would be an injustice not to put Drew in before those two.

It would be a reality. The pro Bowl is a popularity contest. Nothing more.

Would prove nothing. The Pro Bowl is like your last day of school before summer vacation. No one does much especially the veterans.

Every QB looks good in the probowl.

Trent Green surely didn't look very good in 2003... He lost the game for them.

They don't even blitz in the Pro Bowl, and the defense is more vanilla than a Dallas 3-4

Pointless

Nothing personal Julius but actually remembering something in a Pro Bowl 2 years ago is kinda sad.

It's not hard to forget a 6 fumble performance if you see one...

I watch the pro bowl some people don't, but regardless of whether it's a real game or not it's the last NFL game on tv for a very long time. I take advantage of it and offer no appologies to anybody.

Every QB is better with an improved offensive line. Bledsoe especially excells when he has pass protection.

However, what separates the great QB's from the pretty good QB's is how they handle themselves when the pass protection falls. Do they panic and force interceptions? Can they scramble enough to buy themselves a few extra seconds to get rid of the ball. Can they locate the open receiver on the blitz.

The harshest Bledsoe critic would admit that he is an absolute stud when you protect him. The issue was always how feasible is it to offer perfect pass protection on every down. It's just not realistic and that's what many concerned Cowboy fans had issues with. The reality is that you can't afford Bledsoe the type of protection he needs because his protection needs exceed that of most QB's. Believe it or not, even Tom Brady's pass protection breaks down during games.

Eli is def not playing on a pro-bowl level. I'd put Brunnel in over him.

Geeze, I'm as happy with Bledsoe's overall performance as anyone, but he is definitely NOT a pro bowl QB this year....forget it.

I'll come back and eat crow if I have to....but I'll state for the record that there is no way in the world Bledsoe is going to the pro bowl unless another QB is injured or decides to take the week off.

I doubt this weekend would influence the Pro Bowl voting. Hopefully not. Even so, it wasn't all Drew. Nobody could possibly be singlehandedly responsible for 35-0. Why did Drew have to throw an INT on the final play? Now everyone says "Drew's 3 ints...".

Well provide some stats to back up your claim who the top 3 QBs in the NFC are. You'll see that Drew is definitely top 3.

Losing is never the responsibility of just one player. I think this concept is well understood without it having to be rehashed. However, one player can signficantly influence the outcome of a game. His first INT put them in the redzone and gave them an easy TD. That immedately gave them the momentum. On his second interception, he killed whatever momentum we had in trying to get back into the game and allowed the Commanders good field position to score again. Those 2 interceptions were key to our loss.
