It’s funny how if didn’t blow that game against Cincinnati there was a chance at a win or go home Sunday night game against Washington. Philadelphia has nothing to play for now and I can’t see Hurts playing next week. It was set up perfectly and we blew it.

The Cowboys picked a bad year to suck. The Giants, Jaguars, Raiders, Patriots, Titans, Bears, Jets, Panthers, Browns, and Saints all decided to be even worse than usual and earned the top ten picks.

They blew it during the offseason by letting a team that went 12-5 three years in a row lose tons of pieces (Tony Pollard, Tyron Smith, Tyler Biadasz, Stephon Gilmore, etc.) and did NOTHING to replace them.

Jerry deserves this. The problem is, we as fans are the ones that suffer and he will not change.

He should get blasted tonight by the NBC crew.

And what if we do? What will that do?

It's like the Battle of New Orleans. Great win, problem is the war was already over.

Same thing applies here, winning a game or two or three is meaningless. Not saying they should try to lose, but at this point it becomes pre-season, let's see what the scrubs can do...

Er. they drafted an LT to replace Smith and an OG to replace Biadasz. So, they did do SOMETHING to replace those guys.

And as far as losing "tons of pieces", Tyron had a record (for him) number of penalties, is out for the year after 10 games. Pollard has hardly set the league on fire, with this team he'd probably do no better than Dowdle has. Gilmore? In 12 games, ONE int and 7 passes defended. Not a big loss.

Not defending Jerry, but the lost pieces aren't the reason this team is so bad.

Lifelong since early '70s - been disappointed over the years. Nothing compares to the present situation- even the late '80s didn't feel quite like this. I feel ZERO emotion - i haven't bought anything Cowboys related since a Fredbeard jersey 10 yrs or so ago. There's NO enthusiasm in my blood for '25....like I dread watching.

I'd rather see Baker win tonight than my Cowboys- and that says alot about this post. I've been drained.....

Apologize for the post - but I'm just not feeling anything Dallas that brings me any satisfaction.

There’s no need to tank since we have Jerry and son making decisions so it doesn’t really matter at this point!
This
I don’t know why these fans can’t figure that out. Plus I’ll never root for a Dallas loss. Now I won’t be as upset now that they are eliminated

#27 in the bengal game helped cement this exit

Same here. This is not the late 80s. There was always hope back then. It’s long gone now! Sheer disgust for the owner is about the only emotion these days.

I know, but I am a salty one thanks to Jerry & Son....all winning does is make their delusions, well more delusional
Honestly, I learned a long time ago not to worry about Jerry and son....I just enjoy the games....
