No players or coaches on any NFL team willingly tank. That is a fan narrative when their favorite team is eliminated and all they have to look forward to is the draft and the subsequent season. The Cowboys will finish playing as hard as they can trying to win their remaining games.
I get it, I just don't care about it. I just enjoy the game...that's why I watch and that's why I want to win. If I want Jerry to fail, I want the team to fail....at least, that's how I see it. Doesn't mean I'm right, just the way I see it.

My wife, daughter and future son in law were on there way to the game....unfortunately, a family member had an accident and ended up in the hospital, last night. They’re limping now. The one seed is almost impossible as Minny and Detroit play each other week 18. Likely to see Tanner McKee (whoever that is) at QB for the Eagles. They’ll be concentrating on getting healthy and handing the ball off to Barkley 50 times.

Season is over. Right now we should be playing to put ourselves in a better position next season. We should be using the final 3 games to audition players for next year. That's what the smart teams do.......... But we have a coach in limbo who's auditioning for his next job. So, nothing going on tonight is in the best long term interest of the team. CD playing with a bad shoulder in a meaningless game is one of the dumbest things I've seen in a long time.
