I just really can't feel good about this season as long as Bledsoe is our QB

But holy crap, I felt more comfortable with QC dropping back and throwing than I do with Bledsoe after yesterday.

Good one HH!

It wasnt down the stretch, but you are forgetting prime example #1 of Bledsoe pissing a game away, which was Seattle.

ok, how about week 1 when he led us from behind to victory? that wasn't down the stretch, but what the hell?

He played in the AFC Championship game that got the Pats to the Superbowl, which Brady played in. I recall many fans wanting Bledsoe to start that Superbowl.

Must have been reading the Rams message board at that time.

and in the only SB he ever went to, played one of the worst games a QB ever has in the big game.

So him getting the team there doesn't count?

I swear I have never seen more myths surrounding a player than Drew Bledsoe.

I'll bet you if Bledsoe has a decent game against the Skins and we easily win...

Say 250 yards, 2 TDs, 0 Ints...

all this talk about bledsoe being benched will go away.

Bledsoe also threw two passes directly into Jaguar players hands that didn't get intercepted. He missed T.O. on a post over the middle of the field that was a sure TD. Make all the excuses you want, he played poorly. Jeff George could put up numbers with the amount of weapons we have on offense.

Then throwing 4 INTs? Of course

Incompletions = punts

INTs = Short fields and easy scores

both are horrible performances, can't justify either

noone's saying he played good

Incompletions wont often cost you games. INTs will, let alone 4 of them

Attempting to show that incompletions = INTS is an asinine arguement at best

let's be realistic. the talk will merely take a vacation until the next time things don't go down smooth.

everytime the bandwagon hits a bump in the road we'll here the murmuring...

personally, i'm a heckuva lot less worried about DB than some other areas of the team.

I'm not making any argument! somehow you are trying to justify Big Ben's Super Bowl performance just because his team won...in spite of him

I'm not justifying anyone's performance, I'm saying that having an ***load of incompletions is much better than throwing 4 INTs, especailly when you are playing the best of the best from the other conference. Both perfoamnces were bad, but Big Ben didnt make the big mistakes, he jsut didnt play well. Bledsoe cost his team 4 possesions, and, ultimately, the game.

what's the difference?

INTs kill a team's morale and tend to fire the other team up. (i.e. our team after Bledsoe tossed one of his gems)

it's always fun to dig this old gem up after a bad Deadslow game. It was posted by a Buffalo fan on another Cowboys board some time ago.

I've always hoped that Bledsoe would prove him wrong, but thus far..

How bout this new "Gem"????

not having a good game, and making mistakes, esp. from the QB position, all leads to one thing, lost games

good thing the other Pitt players made more big plays than Seattle did
