i know i have sounded negative about my 'boys on this board

im just so sick and tired of losing year after year. i get my hopes up every year only to be let down by losing when it matters. i hate that i dont trust romo like i used too. i hate that my coworkers laugh at me when we get humiliated like 44-6 last year. or losing the last game in texas stadium.i hate when people bring up 13 yrs of no playoff wins. i hate it!!

i cheer every TD like i just won the lottery and curse every 4 letter word when we the other team scores.

i use to take winning for granted back in the glory days.

now i would kill to have another run like that again.

13 yrs of misery is just too long.

on sunday i will cheer on my 'boys to victory so i can get the nasty taste of 44-6 out of my mouth.

Dude......I was TIRED of it 10 years ago. We were spoiled rotten in the 90's. I knew deep down it wouldn't last, but the last 8 years have been............................BRUTAL. I think some of you guys repress your emotions. I mean i got out all my frustration over the 4-5 month offseason. I never hid from it, i feel it and let it run its course and allowed me to get over it. I honestly believe many fans here didn’t think about last season till a few weeks ago, hence old worn out threads like “Wade needs to go” “I’m hurt we lost to the Eagles”. Most of us well balanced fans have moved on and ready to kick some butt this season. I suggest you late bloomers, go buy a 12 pack, get your blankie, rent you The Express, go cry and come back and lets start the season anew. Thanks.

Tired of losing? We've had several winning years in a row now.

We could be rooting for the Raiders, for crying out loud. Or the Chiefs or Lions. How would that be?

I wish people would get it through their heads that just because we're Cowboys fans, and we've won a lot in the past, we aren't owed ANYTHING in the present.

Sometimes I wonder if this is a knitting forum instead of a football one. OMG, we haven't won in soooooo long, I can't take it anymore!

No offense, but you younger fans who only knew the Jimmy days have to understand that those times are not reality. It was one of the great runs in NFL history, and it's *not* likely to be repeated. You're only setting yourself up for massive disappointment if you hold this team to that standard.

Bottom line, some of our fans just need to sack up and enjoy the games for what they are. Plain and simple.

Trust me You are not alone.......Sometimes the Cowboys piss me off so bad that I just throw in the towel with anger. The Philly loss angered me so much i was actually glad it ended the way it did. The players deserved that *** whoopin and so did the coaches.

But Dont worry it cannot get any worse this year. We are all healthy and have a better team. Wade is on thin ice and If He fails to deliver hello Shanny or holmgren. Plus look at our schedule to start the season off. even If we fall flat on our faces in another December we should have enough wins to squeek in the playoffs LOL.

they are never expected to do anything anyways. we are and still fail horribly. that is even worse to a fan.
