Anything wrong with drinking a Hamms light on a Tuesday afternoon?

I thought not! Cuz that's what I'm doing.

i need to throw a small tea service at the house for a business meeting.

i am doing:
croissants u can bake from dough
fruits
finger sandwiches

the finger sandwiches i am planning would be grilled cheese and roast beef, not the traditional cucumber sandwiches.
i would cut off the crusts like people typically do, but know these 2 sandwiches r not typical for tea.
any way, want to check on what to put on sandwiches.

i have a breadmaker so the bread would be freshly baked white bread.

roast beef is just going to be horseradish.
should the beef be warmed in a microwave?

grilled cheese - was just think a swiss type with some mustard.
and perhaps also cedar for some variety
any suggestion on which type of swiss.
i rather not grill it the sandwich.
i would have fresh hot bread.
can i microwave the cheese on the bread?
