I Like Beer A Lot

Howdy boys. It's a beautiful day here! Clear blue sky...cool breeze...think l will take the dogs for a swim today...or maybe just drink beer and enjoy the mountains...l will have to think about it.

Rainy, muggy and windy day in North East today. I hate it when it is like that. At least I am working from home today. No meetings scheduled so I decided to stay home. Poland Spring flavored waters on tap for the day. Had oatmeal for breakfast. Lean Cusine 320 calorie meal for lunch. Salad and soup for Dinner. Lots and lots of Flavored Water.

My next cheat day is Superbowl. On Superbowl Sunday, plan is to have a light breakfast and lunch and go crazy starting 4 PM. No limits between 4 PM and 12 PM. I have never waited a Superbowl as much as I waited this one. This includes the Giants-Pats Superbowls. I was nervous at that time. Now, I am focused on drinks and food. Should be a special day. Go Falcons! by the way.
