If Max ain't hitting it,,,I'll shoulder his load of 12oz. Curls,,, got a ' chipotle' bowl of brown rice,both beans, pork,mild AND medium sauces, corn,sour cream and cheese, w/ flour tortilla just sitting on the coffee table, as I picked up a bottle of 60 proof schnapps (peppermint) and done pulled heavy gluggage from it,while popping tops off of some weezers,,, prolly eat that chipotle bowl in the morning,,,I've not ventured to the stadium board of fellow fanatical fans just yet,,,, I'm still working on my mood

Oooh, Schnapps are a destroyer!! Total creeper! I used to pound a booze called 99 Bananas (99 proof). Really cheap schnapps that tasted like those banana hard candies. My gosh, I would get toasted. And this is when I was boozing hard. Good stuff, Melon.

Anyone in the bar? Gonna watch the Kings game and down some Corona'a with lime. Decided to buy an 18 pack of bottles with some limes today. Haven't had these in a while.

That lime makes ALL the difference, as to me corona always imparted a 'skunky' taste, Now, I'm no brewmiester,although knowing clear glass bottles bottom out on the sun blockage scale( wbtw is beers enemy) now, even Coors beer is bottled brown (always has been) but they don't pasteurize their product, or something like that and when I moved west of the rockies 30 years ago I was a Coors brand man, but the taste was so frickin' hit or miss(some ol' boys I'd worked with who were from Colorado called it 'green beer' and it happens with that brand out here!,,, since I couldn't find any 'fire brewed 'strohs beer out here( that was the teen/ twenty's Brew) I've stayed with the consistent taste and proven quality of Budweiser (I can fish a hot can of 'bud' out of a duck hunting vest left over from last years hunt and enjoy it a hell've a lot more than from what I've gotten by other brand's straight from the store),,

Oh,YES!,, Bro, I hunt those, and any/all upland game birds(I've had some excellent pointers/quail,pheasant, retrievers/ ducks,,, gun dogs,in the past,now I live with the detritus of my last ex WHICH IS HER ABANDONED 'CAT' and I gotta admit we've grown accustomed to each other, hilarious considering ANY of the 1/2 dozen good gun dogs I've owned and outlived/ given away, would've CRUNCHED that kitty cat one time,then shook it side to side a bunch then dropped it at my feet to receive approval

I love game bird. Used to have a coworker who would hunt chukkar, quail in the desert and turkey in Kern. 16 (or maybe it was 13) pellets to the neck/head is what it takes to down one of those damn birds. A very hard hunt.

He was a bow hunter, too. Also hunted mule deer. I used to get a lot of meat he and his missus couldn't eat

Game fowl is so damn good. Less grease in those game duck than the ones hanging in Chinatown. Never had snake, and certainly never had coyote

I'd prolly go the long pig route b-4 eating coyote, bro.

Oh,man your missing out if you've not at least tried a little Pan fried rattlesnake, now I'm gonna tell you
1) after it's dressed out and cut in about 4" sections let it set in fridge in a saltwater solution, ( I do that with all my birds as that over/ under Ithaca skb peppers them with shot pretty fierce
2) prepare them like you would pan fry chicken legs/ thighs in a white flour coating
3) you don't come across the ones as thick as your forearm much anymore, but even an 18" one WILL ruin your gun dogs sniffer if it get tagged ,but it cooks up fast so keep an eye on it, it's done when the flesh turns bright white so a Sharp blade is needed
4) nearest I can describe it's flavor would be a cross between frog legs and skinless unseasoned chicken white meat.

I very first one I killed was about a 5' and thick ,old enough to vote, I had just told my hunting pard I was going to try it not more than 15 minutes b-4 I damn near stepped on it,,,,anyway I put it in my bird vest and after about 200 yards of bird shooting that s.o.b. came back alive minus it's head and slithered around and up my back, needless to say I damn near crapped my pants,then about every 500 yards it would pull that action again (nothing near as bad as the first time though)
