It's a disk from a tractor, used to turn soil over. You put it over a fire, fill it with meat, sausage, bell pepper, tomatoes, Serrano peppers and onions. Pour a beer or two and squeeze some oranges over it and let it stew for a while. Eat with plenty of beer.

That sounds about as much fun making it as it would be eating it,,, I've thrown a lot of deer shoulders on the grill over a wood fire while consuming vast quantities of beer,, but never got that technical with ingredients with what you got simmering, coach

Any kind of meat and veggies work with the right amount of alcohol. Lol
