Take a look at this, been doing it for three weeks now. Lost all my Christmas wait.

Thanks so much. And that's great news. I've been sort of at a standstill the last month. I've stayed about the same. I still would like to lose about another 20 or 25 pounds. I've lost about 40 since last July.
