BTW, I'm interested in brewing my own, no experience...good idea? Atleast I can learn I figure. I'd love to get some advice on that...

Its too easy...Just follow the instructions. I uesed to make both Wine and Beer along with a Cop nieghbour...we would trade. It was great fun and easy to do.
