I need help finding this type of Jersey/shirt

I have this in the NEW YORK YANKEES

BUT I WANT the same thing(like above) in the Dallas Cowboys

Has anyone seen something like this? similar? where to find - even if only a blank jersey/shirt type. I can do the rest. Prefer one done but I can manage.

I have found these...but obviously the kids is the kids and the other is a pullover jacket type and not a jersery or shirt
