I need help????

this is a tech question about a video. I have a home video shot over 22 years ago on vhs its a new copy of the original vhs tape but its still old footage. I need or would like to get it enhanced and cleaned up the color is off and the tracking isn't that good. I mean this was prob one of the first cam corders as we know them ever sold. The Video is of a family reunion and its the only video I have of my grand parents My dad is 70 now and I'd like to get a clean one made so he can see his parents again before he actually meets them in heaven.

Any advise on where to take it would be helpful. I found a company in CA that may be able but I'd like to see what you guys think on how to go about doing this, before I ship this across the country. Thanks Jack
