I think you will see real leaders emerge on this team. Leaders are not just guys who flap their lips it is guys who are willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes to help their team win that is what gains respect from teammates and encourages teammates.

Redball, you make some points I agree with concerning the team of the last couple of years, but you have to admit that it's way too early to say the same things about this team. We have new coaching, new philosphies, and some new players... Let's see what happens as we get into the real season.

Yep, every team is a different animal, even on dynasties things change from year to year. Am i alarmed we seemed to fold down the stretch two years in a row(and if one is honest, in 03 as well, losing a HUGE game to NO and then the PO game)? Yes, but no way do i think it will happen in 07 just because.
