I see two wins and a playoff victory

Saints @ Dallas?

Looks pretty unlikely.

Looks like it'd take Carolina winning out, San Francisco winning out, Chicago losing out and Dallas winning out.

Chicago losing the next 2 would boost the Eagles to 9 wins, forcing Dallas to win out. Chicago has to lose out to put Green Bay in the playoffs, but Green Bay has to lose to the Steelers to give Dallas the right seeding for a potential Saints matchup.

Carolina has to win out to win the South. San Francisco has to win out to have a better record than the Saints to put the Saints at the 6th seed.

Thankfully that's a lot of crap in the works because I think New Orleans would wreck Dallas.

We can score as well, look how many points they gave up to the Rams. Just like Brees going to a 7-9 team on the road in must win game in play offs and lost.
I know our defense is atrocious but our offense is inconsistent, and tends to stall out too much to expect it to continue to score. Even if they play the worse defense in the league. I'll bet that if our offense played our defense in practice, they would only score twice.

Call me crazy, drinking kool-aid, rose colored glasses what ever it is some of you like to say.

I think we beat both Washington and Philly. We haven't lost in the division and that continues to close out the season.

I also say we get Saints at home and get our revenge in wild card round.

We go to Carolina or Seattle and don't think we win against either team but I will always cheer for a win, and anything can happen in the playoffs.

And then you woke up!

j/k

No, I have lost confidence in this team this season. Another historical defeat that might not have been posted, but the last time the Packers beat Dallas in Dallas? Dec 24, 1989.

The Cowboy defense just cannot play good football, period. The coaching has been an embarrassment. And the offense is usually the ones that have to win a game.

It seems to me that the only player that I can rely on is Dan Bailey.

But, the NFL and football itself is a strange game. Like when the defense of the Giants took their 9-7 team to a SB, maybe the Cowboys offense can lead the team to a playoff game? But, the Commanders are playing their SB this Sunday, and if the Cowboys don't take care of that game first, turn out the lights, the party is over.

Good grief. This team is 2-3 since the Saints game. Has Garrett even had a three-game winning streak since he's been the coach of this team?

Seconded.

I would add that Bailey is this franchise's MVP. And the P doesn't stand for player, but for person. Hopefully, I do not jinx him by stating he is the most consistently dependable individual for the Cowboys. He inspires more assurance from me than any player, coach or front office person right now. When he lines up to kick, all I think of is one word: money.

Game in game out, Bailey goes out and routinely performs without the miscues. He doesn't fumble late and contribute to a one point loss to Kansas (Dunbar) or throw a crucial pick interception late against Denver (no need for a name here) or commits a ludicrous holding penalty late against Detroit (Smith) or cannot counter defensive coaching and player deficiencies (Kiffin/defense) against New Orleans, Chicago all game long and even a half game against Green Bay or Garrett and Callahan screwing run/pass situational downs or Jones allowing roster blunders like Ratliff to blow up in his face or etc., etc.

Bailey does his job, simply and consistently. It is so sad that a kicker, in comparison to everyone else, deserves such accolades. He should be background noise to the success of the entire team. Instead, he is outshining many in the franchise during a mediocre season. And that's incredibly sad.

Well if we beat Washington we could get Lee, Mo, Harris and Simms back. We would be as healthy as we've been all season. Here's hoping.

That sure would help! But, if the stories are coming out that Lee might not play the rest of the season is true, the Cowboy are going to need some special help.

And, if Harris comes back, that would be awesome! He is another special team player that the Cowboys need.

Morris? I doubt he helps anything! He could turn out to be a bust.

If we do get to playoffs I'd like to see a team like the Dolphins, Colts or Bengals in the wild card round. Then we might have a chance.

I just read that Lee appears to be getting healthier, here is the link.

I think we lose to the Skins. But Philly winds up losing to the Bears.

I would take that. It would suck early in the day and OH HOW NICE the nightcap would taste. BACK IT UP....BACK IT UP BABY...WE BACKIN IN

I thought this was a comedy post until I read the comments.

Then I saw a "We Can Beat The Saints" and figure it still is.

You can think that. I feel better about myself rooting my team this Sunday against the Commanders. We are going to win this game. Our defense is due to rebound just a lil bit. Looking at the season in it's entirety, I like our offense. As far as beating the Saints I believe we can and will if they come to our house. Will the real Cowboys Fans please stand up and support your team.

Brees could put 60 on the board against this Defense, I'd rather host Carolina or SF to tell you the truth.
Saying that I don't think we could beat anyone of them, but hey, any given sunday right?

Really? That's why our offense averages 4 scores a game or more. Our defense is rated the 32 best defense in the NFL . That puts us ahead of...wait. Not ahead of any defense in the entire league. So you think we get only 2 scores against the worst defense. Makes zero sense. I backed up my claim with a fact. You backed your statement up with hating your own team. Makes zero sense if you are a fan of Dallas.

Sorry as a very long Cowboy fan I think their season ends in Washington. Cousins is going to have one of those career days against us.

I do think we lose on Sunday but I think the eagles lose to the bears as well so it will come down to week 17 to see which lousy team wins the East and I actually think we pull it off.
