It could very well be.. We won't know until Sunday at JAX. And even then if they blow out the Jags are they going to be locked in for the Philly game? Overhyped? The mentals of this bunch just scares me. The funny thing is the REASON they scare me is they're all a bunch of good dudes. There aren't near enough a-holes on this team is the real problem. They politely encourage one another when they are not playing well instead of getting in somebody's face and challenging their manhood. Dak is too positive when his line is collapsing or his receivers are dropping balls or running routes right next to each other. Zeke and Pollard are good soldiers.. All the tight ends are good guys.. Micah is a good guy.. LVE is a cool guy.. Barr as well. Diggs too.. The only real a-holes on defense are Wilson and Lawrence. Those two seem like the type who will talk about a dude's mama if he don't pull his head out. We need 3-4 more like that. I really wish it would be Dak. If Dak was more of a jerk he might be less popular but I think this team would have less of these sleepwalk games. I think Martin has some of that in him but he's a lineman.. who listens to linemen other than other linemen?

I still maintain that this team lacks the emotional maturity to go into the playoffs on an 8 game win streak. I'd much rather they drop one somewhere along the way to help them refocus. And perhaps more importantly to get the media off their nuts.

......but what about Jerrry placing him & the media back on their nuts?

Agree. Sad that losing is what it takes to get this team motivated. 9ers and eags seem motivated with a killer instinct every week. Not a big fan of Richard Sherman but he's spot on. Out of context "DC is a sloppy team that does not protect the football. They will take an early playoff exit with the way they are currently playing".

Well it's Jerry's job kinda to be on their nuts.. It's the media I'm worried about. If the Cowboys don't lose another game and the Eagles drop one letting us have the bye and HFA.. SportsCenter will move to Frisco, right next door to First Take and Get up along with the Skip and Shannon's shoutfest and the Herd.. All of them will camp out in Frisco and the distractions will be Super Bowl-esque. I just don't trust this team to handle all that .. If they prove me wrong great.. but it worries me. A lot. I admit it..

Yep. I'm still a little suspect about our D however Dak does need to be reeled in. I put a little bit on KM on that as well and I'm starting to think his offense is a little too complicated with all the shifting (to also eliminate penalties) and simplify for Dak to safely get rid of the ball.

RonnieT24.......I'm with you, but you have to admit.......Jerry will place some "extra" media cravings to the mix. Jerry ain't never met a mike, lights, or camera that he didn't like, if it's on the talking heads, in print, or on the internet. He does that every week, speaking like he is the Coach.......and we know that and have endured that for years. Just sayin'.
