I think it is Obvious that Mike McCarthy is gone after season

The way McCarthy is calling plays tells me he is already checked out on this season.

I think most HC do not like to be fired, not get a contract extension or let go.

However I gotta believe that Big Mike would be relieved.

Has to be aggravating for him with the FO not addressing the Running game on either side of the ball. Not getting decent FAs and so on.

He is probably ready to leave this clown show as soon as possible and I would imagine his wife would agree as with his age and size....stress can be a dangerous thing.

True.. FO just sat it out this season, for the sake of the contracts of Dak and Lamb.. imo.

but McCarthy had his flaws and faults with the hire of OL coach Mike " Sorry" Solari ..and McCarthy himself proved to be a very subpar play caller and designer, and a poor pre-game and in game adjustment guy - and his offense really dropped off the face of the Earth- - even before Dak's season ending injury.
