He was sacked twice all game, so tell me which of the two were "unnecessary"? One occurred late in the second half, when the Texan came clear and Drew almost got out of it. The first was early in the game.
Both sacks were unnecessary.

Ok, tell me what was unnecessary about them? What exactly should Drew have done to avoid those sacks? Simply repeating they were unnecessary is not very satisfying.

90% of QBs wouldn't have taken those sacks. I'd rather not beat this dead horse again and again.

Well mister if you want satisfied go eat a snickers. ;) :p:

On a serious note, that one sack looked like he just stumbled over his frankenfeet.

He got boo who gives a rat arse he has been a bad QB most of the season so be it.

If people Boo and call for Romo who cares it is their option.

Now if they where cheering that Bledsoe got hurt then you guys would have something.

I hate these high and mighty acts people put on in the message boards about the whole booing. The product on the field in the 1st half was crap and the QB has been crap all season. They should their displeasure in the only way they could. Other than not spending money and quit going to games.

Which means Bledsoe would be benched by Jerry so he cold continue to afford paying those 50 million in bonuses and the coaches salary

Nah, I prefer Coffee Crisp ;)

I think the Texan got him by the foot and he tried to stay up but tripped up. It happens.

As for the 90% argument, ok 90% of NFL QBs also don't throw 245 career TD passes or for almost 45000 yards.

Well I think it is classless but at the same time as long as they don't cheer an injured player or something along that lines it really is no big deal.

On a side note...I miss being young and playing atari.:D

I think Romo looks good, but I think the coaches are a little more informed than we. I have to admit, I was yelling at Bledsoe on the TV, so I guess I really can't complain about the booing at the game. It gets very emotional at the game. But this whole Romo is our savior thing...I don't buy it. Sorry.

when a team and a town can't move on and support thier current QB. Look at whose picture is up in the upper right hand corner of this board. Troy Aikmen, who was booed off the field when he was injured. Dang fans are fickle!:( Now its off to the Romo races, until he loses a game, right? With all the time missed at camp by TO, I think they are just starting to gell. Give some time. Support Bledsoe and make him feel at home at least. Geesh!:banghead:

I think it was more of a carry over from last week than his performance Sunday. My main gripe with Bledsoe is that when he is good, he is good. But when he is bad, he is REALLY bad. I mean, worst QB in the league bad. His bad games are usually against good teams, which gives me the impression that he will be no good in a playoff game or any game of significance, which begs to answer the question of why we should start a QB that cannot win the big game...

Until he proves that he can play well under pressure, I will continue to be very critical of Bledsoe. A good game against a sorry team like the Texans will not change that.

Every now and then it just seems like we need to point that out to people. Maybe we need to make a blank one as the default or something.

Although I have Roger Staubach up on mine so I really apparently can't move on.

Since we are talking backgrounds, could we get some T.O. backgrounds please?

You're full of crap.

But then I already knew that.

Ok, so are you upset with Drew cuz he's not mobile? And the first sack, almost NO QB would of avoided. It was a play action pass, Drew had his back to the defense when he did the play fake, the defender was on him almost as soon as he turned around.

But yeah, "90%" of all QBs in the NFL would of avoided that one.

How about Michael Vick being sacked 7 times yesterday? Where was his great mobility during the game?

 Ignorant people... annoying.

Sometimes change is necessary for the betterment of a team. This is one of those times, and until said change happens, let the boo's rain down.

The saddest part of all of this is the fans at Texas Stadium sounded more interested in booing than they did in cheering the team. Sure on a good play, it's going to be pretty loud... but for the majority of the game, I feel no excitement from the Texas Stadium crowd on the telecast.

To be so reserved as a whole in the stadium then for Drew to catch so much flack -- for basically throwing the ball away -- IMO is inexplicable.
