So right now is the time to draft a young QB, and start letting him learn behind Romo - If Romo is great though, he could be sitting behind Romo for the next 10 years.

It might not be a bad time to draft a backup in the later rounds.

It looks like we're assembling quite a good staff as well. I'd love to bring in a backup whom Garrett could groom. I always thought it was foolish how we didn't really develop anyone behind Aikman.
