He played well in the 2nd half. But his int and fumble earlier were huge. He still did enough but Andrews choked down the stretch. Happens every time with them.
Lamar played good enough to win the game and unfortunately it was not enough; but on the other hand I think Buffalo has a better shot at beating whoever they meet in the SB so I was happy with the result. Felt a little sorry for King Henry

well, when you have the choker for QB, you look at others with envy.

"Wish he was here."
If Buffalo loses next week......what will you say? Do you envy Herbert, Goff, and Love today?

Not we. Every team should take care of its own business. Opportunities for winning and competing for championships are a result of hard work, skill and dedication.

Dallas has not done that in a long time. I will not root for any of the remaining teams, but I will not dismiss what they have accomplished in getting to where they are at either.

Jerry Jones should be the one being directed to root for these teams. He lacks skill, dedication and rarely puts in the hard work necessary to get Dallas in the position these teams are. He may as well root for them. He cannot mess that up at least. Maybe.
I'm kinda similar. I love what KC has done since PM got there. If ya wanna be the champ, someone needs to beat the champ. If they can't, too bad. Like what Buffalo represents as a team and they certainly have the "surely, we are due factor". Washington has had a great run but I think they are the weakest remaining team. If it were just Philly players, I wouldn't root against them. But for that fan base to get rewarded would be sickening. So, I'll be ok with 3 of them and actively rooting against the other which means I will probably be rooting for the AFC team in the Super Bowl.

Lamar looked pretty good in the 4th quarter.
I'm not sure I would call it a choke job. A choke to me is failing to perform throughout the entire game or failing when you have an opportunity late in the game. Lamar got the job done. Andrews failed. Not even trying to put it all on Andrews but that is the reality. Sometimes even really good players don't make plays they should.

Lamar had the turnovers so fair criticism there.

Yes, they are all much better players and much healthier than what we have.

So, I think we want Buffalo to win it all. Here are the stakes for the conference championships

In the NFC, you have the Washington Commanders (Division Rival) at the Philadelphia Eagles (Division Rival). Washington has 3 Lombardi's. Philly is Philly.

In the AFC, Buffalo (no Lombardis and a super loyal fan base) at the Kansas City Chiefs (4 Lombardis).

Go Buffalo!
For me it was Buffalo or Detroit. Rooting hard for Buffalo.

And as good as Mark Andrews has been.....his turnovers were critical. Baltimore overcame Lamar's turnovers......Andrews TOs came at the bigger moments and at the wrong time. No harshness to Andrews.....this board would want his hands cut off today.......if that were Dak.

I felt bad for Andrews. A good football player who took some tough breaks.

Come on bro. Yes...we are Dallas Cowboys fans. But we are also NFL football fans too.

You?
Since you question....I'm a Cowboy fan too. Sounds like Buffalo fans or Josh Allen fans now, given the thread. As for a question back to you......why Buffalo?.......... enlighten me.

In my opinion, some are thinking (and wanting) Jones to feel embarrassment for either a Philadelphia Eagles or Washington Commanders win. I do not agree. Methinks any outcome involving those two teams will result in hardening his heart even more. Both are rivals that will make him that much more determined to prove Dallas is the best team in the NFC East.
Not that I disagree with this section of your post, I'm just wondering how hardening his heard and heightened determination manifests itself? My guess is by using his proven failing offseason SOP.

I don't believe Jerry is capable of feeling embarrassment. How many times have our division rivals made it to the championship game and super bowl this century? This isn't just bad luck, it's bad management.

Something about a rookie QB with a first year coach winning it all has my vote. Then, a film will be made. Who will star? I’m thinking the “I’m the Captain Now!” guy with some added meat on the bones and dialect work.

I want maximum humiliation for Jerry, so go eagles or commanders.

Buffalo is in the Championship game again while our drought is now the longest in the NFC by fifteen years.

I'd take Allen any day over Dak, and so would you.

I'm wondering how much of Washingtons run this year is "lightning in a bottle" and if they can duplicate it next year?

It seems Washington has a a lot of close games, and more than a couple where the literally won within the last minute.

Just wondering how many times the ball will bounce their way next year to keep them in...
