Who to root for is an easy one from here on out.

Have to root for the Bills. I had season tickets to the Houston Gamblers in 84 & 85. Heartbreaking to see Buffalo not win one. Kelly can only watch now, but would love to see the Bills get one, finally.

Not we. Every team should take care of its own business. Opportunities for winning and competing for championships are a result of hard work, skill and dedication.

Dallas has not done that in a long time. I will not root for any of the remaining teams, but I will not dismiss what they have accomplished in getting to where they are at either.

Jerry Jones should be the one being directed to root for these teams. He lacks skill, dedication and rarely puts in the hard work necessary to get Dallas in the position these teams are. He may as well root for them. He cannot mess that up at least. Maybe.

True, I'm from a place where a lot of bandwagon Pats fans (used to be the most popular team in Quebec during the Brady years) turned into bandwagon Chiefs fans. I was mocking those people but it's probably more of a local phenomenon, being from outside the US which means no local team to cheer for and all.

Older folks around here are often diehard fans of the team they chose when they were young (like my late father with the Cowboys) but a lot of people from my generation and younger just switch when their team starts sucking. I know one lifelong Chiefs fan, my dad's friend who started following them in the 60s. I'm sure there are more.
