I want Barham as close to the LOS as possible

Just looks a tad clunky that’s jsut my take on this athlete so far. We’ll see tho.

I liked Russel Wilson in the draft and thought Ryan flournoy was good before anybody else in the world did so o trust my track record.

He honestly may even end up as a player who plays like half the game bc he’s only at his best when he’s supremely fresh and explosive. Nonetheless this fella seems unique and his job roles will surely evolve

He’s a workout warrior he’s gonna get bigger don’t ask him to think too ton much and don’t ask him to turn his hips and run down the sideline chasing jamirr Gibbs .

Play barham like James Harrison and let him develop right in front of the ball.

Maybe this wasn’t worth the thread but I just see him as a total game wrecker I think he can be basically Reuben Bain jr but we got him in the 3rd. Just completely get underneath a tackle or a center and ugly op the pocket and force bad decisions from qbs

This is how you turn into one of those defenses thats just fun and flies around and turns the ball over and you’re excited.

Couldn’t you totally see tons of plays where as cowboys fans we know barham created the turnover but like overshown or downs cleans it up and gets get highlight

Anyways it just seems in football you need a lot of dirty work done. Can’t have digs and parsons types. It’s demoralizing.
But someone like barham who can make you feel like you’re odysseysus? That’s infectious . And I don’t wanna see that guy slipping around on ice skates 30 yards in coverage

Barham can play coverage. There was a play in the second preseason game where he took away two routes over the middle and then ran downhill to hit the rb on the checkdown. He shouldn’t have to do anything in coverage harder than that.

They might just not be showing that on film. One way to make Barham a three down LB is to shift him to edge on passing downs. He showed he can do that at Michigan last year and we know Parker is going to use a ton of different fronts.

I mean yea but that's still being a 2-down lb.

There's been no reports of him playing edge at all in TC so don't see it happening this year at all
