Players we should try to trade

I’m not sure these guys have as much value as you might hope for.

Teams know that all of these guys are on the bubble and would probably just wait and try to get them post-cut.

Bell is the only one vested and wouldn’t even be subject to waivers so a team wouldn’t even have to worry about another team with a higher waiver status.

Here’s how I see them.

Would you do these deals?
  • Sam Williams: None
  • Tyrus Wheat: None
  • Jonathan Mingo: 7th
  • Markquese Bell: 7th
  • Trevor Keegan: 6th-7th or a player swap
I think Bell's value is higher than that. Williams might get us a conditional pick. Same with Wheat. Mingo and Keegan is probably about right.

Considering how few picks we have for right now, I'd take those sixths and sevenths.

We should go short on the online. No reason to keep bad players. Trade and/or pick up someone who gets cut. No team will pick up our cut Olineman.
I had us going short on the OL until we traded for Broderick Jones today.

I had us keeping Bass and Keegan or Leverett on the interior and Thomas and Shelton as tackles. Now, the question is whether we'd cut either Thomas or Shelton. The only reason I don't think we will is because Jones may not be ready on short notice to be the swing tackle, so Thomas is probably next man up, and Shelton is a fourth-round pick so I don't think we risk him to waivers.

I think Wheat, Mingo and/or Brown, or and Bell would be good trade options, and I'd love to see what we can get. Unfortunately, Sam Williams is so bad that we probably wouldn't get anything for him.

Apologies in advance. Mods can delete this later but Im inviting anyone who wants to join in my free custom public fantasy football league. No money, all free. For fun. It's wresting themed. I'm wanting good fantasy players though. Just to make it better. All are welcome. Draft is later tonight. Here's the invite link if it works: https://football.fantasysports.yaho...e0df5cf83e2&soc_trk=lnk&ikey=f0774bee4b8418f7. And if it don't work, the league is called The Slobberknocker Society. My Homage to good ole Jim Ross. Lol
