Let’s get home field and leave no doubt.
McCarthy, Rodgers, Jaylon, Dez… I like the storylines.

I wouldn't mind at all beating Rogers or Brady or better yet both of them in January...that would be sweet!

Although, we might not play either and could just as well face Stafford and Murray.

Just win!

Of course it is too early to be talking playoff matchups but I am anyway.

There is just something about this season that will not be complete if we do not face them in the playoffs.

First, we have the hold Rodgers has had over the Cowboys in the playoffs.

Next, we have the redemption and revenge of McCarthy against his old team that sent him packing and promptly went to back to back NFCCG.

But that's not really it. Rodgers is my second least favorite player in my history of watching the game, right behind vick.

Aarongance Rodgers and those closeups and that smugness makes me want to hit him in the face with an iron skillet. Then there's the fact that he really is a great QB to further infuriate me. vick was totally overrated, Rodgers is not and he is the most accurate passer I have ever seen play.

I know some would prefer to avoid them with our history but not me, I want the Packers in the playoffs. With the way AZ, TB, GB and LAR are playing, there isn't going to be an easy path to the SB anyway so I want us to exorcise that Packer playoff demon for this team and this HC. I love redemption games.

Please, no need to tell me I am putting the cart before the horse, I just want the cart to run over that horse's ***.
Yeah, me too. Can’t stand that arrogant SOB. Wanna see him sacked, intercepted, and sent home, a forlorn loser, beaten by the Dallas Cowboys.

I’m with ya on the Rodgers hate. He hosted Jeopardy for a week about a month ago and it was hard to stomach seeing him in place of the late, great Alex Trebek. I was so glad when I heard he wasn’t being considered for permanent host.

They remind me of last years Seahawk team.

GB is about a 4 win team right now but Rodgers arm just carries them.

Their defense is trash and their offense is Devante Adams and a guy at RB that we all pretend is good but he’s mediocre.

Rodgers could get these kind of results on probably any NFL team. If he played for Detroit they would win the division.

Their schedule is about to pick up too so I hope a bunch of Ls come their way.

The Packers have the 7th ranked defense in the league.

Our O was 'just Davante' last season too. Was number 1 in ppg.

Aaron Jones has been the best runner in the league since ge was drafted, with highest YPC over that timeframe. AJ Dillon averages over 5.0 ypc too.

You dont pay attention clearly.

Wow. You place Rodgers hate with the dog killer and only felon player in NFL history. Interesting.

The rest of your thought is understandable.
I agree I cannot go complete Vick hate on him.Rodgers is a hell of a talent that has smeared it in our face too often.

Why?

Nearly everyone outside of Dallas concedes we have a top NFL roster.

Do you think we lose because their QB is better than ours? Because that’s all that could separate these teams.

If you take away the QB..

Not 1 NFL GM would take the Packers roster over ours.

Maybe a few, very few, would take the Bucs roster.

Im sure Rams Cowboys would be 50/50.

Where do you think your roster is better than ours?

We have the 7th ranked defense even with all of our injuries. We have the best O in football when our O line is healthy.

Y’all are nuts to want to play them.

Are we better than them? Sure.. But Rodgers is just a little weasel that can beat you nearly by himself.

Ive learned my lesson and want no part of GB even though on paper we should smash them.

I mean, it’s him or Brady. I guess we could have to face Arizona but I’m fairly certain that’s your final 4 in the NFC

I think we are locked in with the 4 seed and hosting the Rams in the 1st round of the playoffs.

I don’t know, GB has a tough 5 game stretch coming up

@ARZ
@KC
SEA (maybe RW will be back not sure)
@MIN
LAR

I can see them picking up 3 loses here

Parity. Parity is what the league is looking for but they got the exact opposite. We have 5 teams in the NFC and every other team sucks. This is worse than anytime before the salcap. Congrats!!!
I think they blew parity off, and are going for fixes, the money, the image, and fan brainwashing.
A few great teams is going to make more $ than 16 good teams in nfc, same for afc.

It's amazing how you can say our defense is above average while calling GB's trash. Through 7 games, they allow about 50 yards per game less and are ranked 7th. They allow 3.4 points per game less, which ranks them 7th as well. They have 7 more sacks than us which ranks them 7th (lots of 7s here...). They're allowing 6.7 yards per attempt which is really good and ranks them 6th, while we're averaging 8.2 which puts us at 27th.

If you want to believe GB's defense is over rated, it may be. They have played some poor teams, but I'd argue that after their performance against the Saints and a shaky game against Detroit, they have been better. But to say their defense is *trash* and our defense which is worse in most categories is above average reads like you have an agenda.

No, you’re right. The Packers are VERY real. They are most definitely a team to fear. The difference this year? The Cowboys are too!

I say the entire league plays trash defense outside of 1 or 2 teams.

Well you would be wrong

And given your description of our defense and now GBs, I think it's obvious that you don't think ours is trash and is some how markedly better than GBs

Green Bay is defintely a 4 to 5 win team without Rodgers at the helm. But I would say that the Cowboys are the same without Dak. McCarthys team were never good once the starting QB went down. That has followed him to Dallas.
