The Seahawks run lasted all of two seasons lol.
Stopped Green Bays run right? Right after they won the Super Bowl right? Got in the way for a bit of New England’s run right?
AFC has won the majority of the Super Bowls, Especially New England for over a decade before last year.
We play in the NFC right? Before Brady came over to the NFC and won last year who has been the 3 QB’s and teams in the mix in the NFC the majority of the time this last decade?
Rodgers (Green Bay), Russell Wilson (Seattle), Drew Brees (New Orleans). 2 playing, 1 retired and the 3 representing the last several Super Bowl appearances by NFC teams in the last decade plus.
Our HC and DC have been involved in 3 of those SB’s, numerous playoff appearances and several + NFC championships in that span.
Furthermore they were coaching on the same teams as Rodgers and Wilson those spans of success.
Is it clicking yet?
We know Rodgers and Wilson and have coaches that were included in both their past biggest successes.
McCarthy and Quinn have both been there to win witching being part or against GB, SEA, NE, PITTS.
Even Quinn in ATL has experience against GB and NE.
The Rams are in the mix and Arizona is rising. NFC obviously the stronger conference like AFC was always for the while.
Again, our coaches know Brady, know Rodgers, Know Wilson (might not make playoffs this year). The Rams (we know) Arizona we don’t but will get to this year.
We have a good shot for the reasons mentioned during this post and before this post.
Player wise and coach wise. Tampa and Arizona (if Murray and Hopkins are healthy) regardless of what GB and Rams do, will be our more difficult challenges I believe come playoff time.
If healthy, Arizona will get better after this loss because of what they will learn.
