That's where we differ (besides me being cuter) I want that matchup. The additional adrenaline a game like that provides is why I watch the sport.

If Bama and UGA do not meet for the SEC championship, I will feel cheated. I want the best against the best.
I understand and agree if my horse isn’t in the race.

But if my horse is then I’m rooting for whatever provides it the best opportunity to win.

I said I wasn't all about winning, that is not why I watch. The game matters to me but I didn't say I would want us to lose but I want us to play the best.

This is like when I've seen posters happy some critical players for the other team we are facing are out? THAT, is mind boggling to me.
Unfortunately your priority doesn’t always provide the best means to win.

I’ve just never heard of a fan rooting for their most hated rivals to win so they’ll have to beat the best to move on. Whatever trips your trigger. Lol

You’re blaming the refs for the loss to Tampa in the opener? lol Brady has beaten us every time we played against him the past two decades. Several years ago up in New England he drove the Pats down the field in the closing seconds to beat us. He and Aaron Rodgers has our number.

Did you watch that game? The Cowboys dominated and should have won handily.

I want to #FinishThisFight too tbh.

Bring Dez and Witten into the house as honorary captains for the game. Fredbeard, too.

Nobody from the old defense, they stunk it up

You don't think the Packers will be jacked up to face the Cowboys probably more than any other team. Rodgers would be at his best against a McCarthy coached team. He would also be motivated by the possibility it being his last playoff game before he leaves the team next year or possibly gets a billion dollar life time extension. By that time, the hope is that the Packers will get their pro bowl CB (Jaire) and Linebacker (Z Smith) back on the roster. Packers are winning now but have not played that well. The best LT in the league has been out the whole year. Getting him back and then gettng the offensive line settled will give them some stability. Be careful what you wish for.

You need to take off your rose-colored glasses if you think we dominated that game and should have won handily. Brady had almost 400 yards passing and 4 TD’s.

Exactly. Tampa scored more points than Dallas but there is a reason Dallas had so much buzz surrounding that performance the day after and it wasn’t because the Super Bowl champs were clearly better.

Dallas looked great and the refs unfortunately decided that game with a few calls and no calls.

Dallas won nearly everyone’s eye test that evening and so far it looks like nearly everyone was right.

The poetry of beating Rodgers would be gratifying.

But if we can avoid it, I’d do that. I definitely wouldn’t want to play on their field in winter.

I agree that the team and players shouldn’t worry about it. But surely as fans we can?
100%, Rogers is the one guy I don't want to see.. Having said that though, I do believe this team has a different kind of fight about them and this was
reinforced when I heard the players saying after the Tampa game that they fully expected to beat them. There is a higher level of brotherhood with this group.
Big Mike has done a great job bringing the team together. I think with Garrett, they all liked him, but he treated players differently and made rookies feel like
they had weren't going to see much time on the field so this developed unneeded favoritism. Also, Garrett was phony and most guys saw through him.

But yes, most of us don't like seeing Arod, but I do believe that this team has a chance to compete with anyone... I also believe that this team may
take a big jump toward the end of the season where this could possibly be their super bowl to lose. As good as the other NFC teams are, I see the Cowboys
as being the more well rounded team based on experience. They're also very young as well which sometimes is a good problem to have come playoff time.
Mariuchi, said it best- "fear the Cowbboys"... A team that can beat you so many ways offensively is very dangerous.

Although Prescott has already won and Lambo. I want them in Texas. Referees have no choice but to play it even

Sorry, bro, but we had that in the 2016 playoffs and STILL there was whining about the refs. People still think Butler didn't report into the game and not participate in a play and that refs waited until we had a positive play and then threw the flag. Lol.

You read it very well because that is exactly how I read it, I am no cup hunter.

I want to see my team play against the best because that is how I measure them. I am selfish; I want to see the best possible game and if we lose, we lose.

I'm with you CC, I love the GAME more than anything and want to see the best vs. the best go toe to toe and hopefully get a classic out of it. Sure, everyone loves a good upset but best vs. the best gets more buzz from me. Not only that but this would be a grudge match, which is great. Like last year when Tennessee went into Baltimore in November and did a logo stomp to start fights before the game and then went out and won it and then Baltimore getting the equalizer in the playoffs, completing their win with a logo stomp in Tennessee to send them home. Absolutely loved that. Rodgers yelling at Bears fans was great too. Wanna make him stop, tell your team to get it done on the field.

Yards schmards, WFT outgained GB yesterday.

The only thing that matters is the scoreboard. So marching up and down the field while entertaining means nothing if you go what 0-4 in the red zone like WFT did yesterday?

That being said - I do hope we meet GB in the playoffs and beat them. At this point it's like the monkey on our back. That one team that has stood in the way of greater success. Aaron Rodgers is the face of that. I'd like to meet them and beat them in the playoffs.

Currently the Cowboys sit with the 5th best record in the NFC with a game in hand. I dont believe Arizona will be undefeated this season and they will lose a couple of games coming up. Green Bay does not look like a scary team. They barely have won games this season. They too will continue to lose games.

The 2 teams that are legit are TB and LAR. TB has tie-breaker in the head to head. LAR will lose some games.

I can see the Cowboys finishing in the top 3 when all is said and done. Im going to call it now. The Cowboys get top seed in NFC this year.

Who knows maybe the Packers will be the easiest out compared to Tampa , LA and AZ.
