I'm a native Texan and BBQ freak. I love Texas BBQ but I think pound for pound KC is where it's at. Texas is the best brisket I've ever had, North Carolina pulled pork, but KC is my reigning champion for ribs, burnt ends, and BBQ bologna. KC is a cool town. I had a client in both Overland Park and in Olathe for several years and always made the BBQ tour while I was in town. If I was in town for 2 days I'd eat BBQ 4 times.

Yup, that's what I found in KC. It was the best I've had.

Hehe, Yas. Such a change it's been, but yes, I have moved into my townhouse in Kansas City and start my new job Monday.

Absolutely fantastic. I can't get the one bedroom apartment over a laundry mat on a busy street for $810 a month. That's 1990 prices by me. Good luck with the job. Kids, well, they can suck the life out of you. But I'm sure you already know that. It's not an easy job and I am glad there are those willing and prepared like yourself.
