I'm a native Texan and BBQ freak. I love Texas BBQ but I think pound for pound KC is where it's at. Texas is the best brisket I've ever had, North Carolina pulled pork, but KC is my reigning champion for ribs, burnt ends, and BBQ bologna. KC is a cool town. I had a client in both Overland Park and in Olathe for several years and always made the BBQ tour while I was in town. If I was in town for 2 days I'd eat BBQ 4 times.
Yup, that's what I found in KC. It was the best I've had.
