Parcells had a plan that looks good on paper and is easy to sell to most owners...

Its somewhat effective...Parcells couldnt win here, even if hamstrung to Jerry's ways...

I think Deion's approach is better. Im not for signing lunatics that are a true threat to society, but Deion knows the difference between a threat to society and a football player being shamed over a few petty arrests.

Deion dont care about culture....he wants players. Parcells and Garret failed at the culture thing.

I made show I watched them also. That time he was being interviewed and that RB walked behind him, he stopped and him where he was going. LOL
