Since I knew it wouldn't be televised I made plans to go hunting instead . I've got a couple hour drive coming home and will enjoy it on the radio coming home in the dark . As much as I'll miss seeing the game , Sham and Laufenberg do a relly good job .

The tickets are in Tyler, which is 100 miles east of where I'm at. I have to pick them up tomorrow, so looks like I'll be a little late to work...

Also, they don't know yet where I'll be seated. They are giving away 8 tickets so I guess I'll find out once they're in my hand.

I don't think it'll be too big a deal. They'll be there at 8am, so I'll leave Dallas at 6am or so to be there bright and early, and then head straight back so I get to work at 10am (1 hr 30 min late). Shouldn't be a problem after I explain why, before I leave today.

Congrats, dude. I considered getting tickets to this game before the season started, but they seemed unreasonably priced for what I considered to be a likely blowout. Damn hindsight.

just wanted to say...you are soo lucky! i'm going to miss the 1st quarter b/c of research at an elementary school. plus, i have an exam on friday, so tomorrow will be a busy day and night. wish i could enjoy it like last week. sooo have fun and don't come home until you lose your voice....
