about the drew benching, we all know DB was basically Terry's qb, all of his best seasons happened with drew at the helm, Im sure if drew was getting the ball to owens, and he got benched owens would say something, i would love to hear what TG thinks

He probably has mixed feelings like most - probably moreso because of his history with Bledsoe.

Nevertheless, Glenn isn't TO and wont make a fuss.

Romo was hooking up with Glenn in the pre-season so I think Glenn will be fine with Romo.

Wonder if glenn will get caught taking a leak at Taco Bell tonight after he drinks a case of whiskey due to the depression over Drew

From the look he gave Bledsoe after the Int at the end of the first half, I am thinking he was feeling a lot like BP was Sunday night.

Sounds gay.

but seriously, Glenn is a professional just like anyone else. He's going to want to go out there and win no matter what. Romo looked his way a few times Monday night. It should be fine.

If I was guessing, Terry Glenn would be one of the few who would still choose Drew.

I would assume that TO likes his QB to be able to buy a little more time and get him the ball quicker on the underneath stuff.

I would think the line liked having someone behind them who could help them out some and not make them look so bad.

I would like to know what the defenders and running backs think?

In the end though, as long as Tony wins, no one will have a problem...

It doesn't matter, he's a Parcells guy,and he signed a 5 year extension that will wrap up his career. He understands.

I think both guys are happy and gay. :laugh2: Romo was able to get the ball to Glenn in pre-season and I also think the 2 will work well together. I did go out and buy some ear plugs to send to Romo so when TO is hollering at him about I'm open just throw it to me that Tony can smile and just nod his head without having to hear all that noise. :laugh2:

I tell you what though, the pass to T.O. for the TD from Romo was a thing of beauty. He saw the CB drop back and there was no hesitation. He zipped it right in there before the CB had any chance to recover.

So was the garbage time TD to Crayton. His anticipation on that throw was great. And it was a tight throw. The ball was out there before Crayton even reached the safeties, and they had zero time to react.

He might not like it, but if the team starts winning and his numbers get better then I'm sure he will get over it fast.

I believe he got a number of balls in the 2nd half if I remember. So he should feel like he is being treated fairly. Now if he didn't have any balls thrown to him for a couple of games, that would be a different story.

Quote from AP article:

Terry Glenn, the Cowboys' leading receiver with 29 catches, said the team has confidence in Romo and likes his mobility. But it's still a difficult move personally for Glenn, who spent the first six seasons of his career in New England with Bledsoe and has become a favorite target.

"Well, you know Bledsoe is my guy. I wish things weren't going the way they are, but obviously the coaching staff sees something," Glenn said. "I'm just out here playing. I want to win. Whoever's out there, let's make plays and let's try to win."

TG had 2 catches in the first half for 21 yards and 2 catches in the second half for 20 yards. Don't forget, the TEs were getting out in space with Romo in there. They didn't have to stay in to block, so they were getting some of Glenn's usual catches.

I hope he thinks he needs to get to work with the new QB. Living in the past is a dead end.

Terry's silence is deafening

How so?

Mosley addressed this 'question' in his blog yesterday, and concluded that "Glenn is a professional". What we can expect from Terry is he brings the same studious, exacting approach to the game he always has in Dallas, whether the QB was Quincy, Vinnie, or Drew. I don't expect it will be any different for Tony - TR will appreciate Terry's route running and lack of drops.

Plus Terry isn't "Drew's" boy, he's "Bill's"....no matter who's behind center, he'll do his best. And he doesn't volunteer his opinion unless asked.

BTW, this isn't the first time his team replaced Bledsoe for a younger QB..if he managed to watch his buddy get replaced by a coach he didn't like (Munbles) and didn't say anything about it, he's not going to question his lord and savior Parcells' decision.

I did notice TG giving Romo some info in the huddle the other night...Romo's greatest advantage right now, imo is he has two veteran receivers to help him transition.

I know it's fun to speculate sans any evidence at all, but in this case that is all it will be...Terry won't be providing the drama queens with any ammunition. Expect cliches galore, but no fire. Tuna assigns him a role as a counselor to the emotionally erratic, as Owens more than intimated a few weeks ago on the radio, and it was documented he was given AB as an "assignment'.

Terry plays a role of peacemaker on this team, not troublemaker.
