I like the fact that Cleveland told him that. One of the biggest question marks on him is if he's willing to commit to do the work that it takes to become an elite QB. They are going to make him earn it and I like that.

That was my first thought as well
However there are some people who don't respond well to negative reinforcement and do great with positive reinforcement

Be realistic!

3 quality starter ( ones that we are not constantly trying to replace ) and 2 solid part time role players that sticks around for 5 + years. I'm not sure we have it looking at the current draftees.

Aside from Martin, I would imagine this class will push the vets in practice but might not necessarily supplant them for at least 1-3 years....

I disagree.. Sad as it is to say, I think Bishop will Take the 1 tech

If Bishop surprises and takes the 1 technique then you potentially have three starters within 2 years. Marin, Lawrence and Bishops. That's not bad!

That it true but JFB strikes me as a guy that kind has a F-U attitude and will use it as motivation.

If Lawrence becomes our best pash rusher, Martin makes a pro bowl (by his third year), if Street becomes our clear cut number 3 receiver.
