I'd like to see it, but I'm happy with 300 yards in short to intermediate passes as well.

If I were the Commanders I'd play up tight and jump routes inviting Romo to throw it deep. So yes I think proving he has the deep ball in his arsenal would pay definite dividends. He at least has to take 2 or 3 shots down the field whether they are completed or not to keep the route jumping to a minimum. A couple double move routes with Glenn springing deep might be just what the doctor ordered.

You read my mind. I was actually hoping for it in the CAR game.

Romo throw a deep ball :)

You'll likely get your wish, as Washington has given up 30 pass plays of at least 20 yards, most in the NFL.

We would have to have a monumental break down for Romo not to have a big game tomorrow.

Having Springs back could make a big difference for that defense.

Doubtful. An ailing Springs is going to have to cover TO or Glenn one on one more than occasionally tomorrow, as they'll likely be blitzing nearly every play. The only way we lose this game is if we beat ourselves.

I admit that I was a little disappointed we didn't try to hit Glenn deep against Carolina. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm not sure I see how. He can't cover any of our top 3 WR's and possible not even Hurd.

First of all he's their best corner, which means he is the Commanders best chance at success. You take anyone's best CB away from them and they are hurting ... I don't care who the player is.

Secondly, he is alot better corner than alot of people here would like to admit when healthy, which of course has been his primary problem throughout his career.
