At this point you can keep our 1st round pick, I'd trade him straight up for Bobby Wagner.

Have to say, I am not impressed at all with this Top10 pick; horrible pick and trade at this point. He is simply not a difference maker.

He's a man to man corner. He does not fit this zone scheme. As does Carr. They are both best in man to man coverage. Maybe we should have actually gave Rob Ryan a chance. He actually utilized their strengths instead of forcing an outdated pansy scheme on them.

I seriously doubt that he ever justifies the trade. I just dont see the advertised ball hawk skills, certainly isnt a lock down corner, and is a weak tackler on top of it.

Looks worse than carpenter and he was a top 10 guy.

At least carpenter was a later pick and only cost one pick.

He is dreadful.

Wasted first rounder.

And wasted second rounder, since they gave it to the Rams to move up to draft Claiborne. Some consolation- St. Louis used the pick on running back Isiah Pead, I think.

And what's even worse than the pick is a direct quote from JJ: "We had him the highest rated CB to come out of the draft since Deion"....lol at his evaluation...

Our GM said our scouting department rated him ahead of Patrick Peterson... as well as being the highest rated defender since Deion Sanders.

A swing and a miss.

You weren't happy with Phillips. You weren't happy with Ryan. You aren't happy with Kiffen. Maybe we just need to accept the fact that we're an 8-8 every year regardless of who's in charge.

Didn't the scouts rank him as high as Deion Sanders? Who should be fired ?

He's about on the same career path Kareem Jackson was with the Texans.

Beaten like a ragdoll his first year but given leeway because he was a rook to getting benched his 2nd year.

Year 3 is when he became serviceable.

It'll take another offseason to fix his issues so I wouldn't mind him riding the bench.

Just heard they have him ranked in the 80's for all DB's...after this game he may hit the 100's.

I'm actually shocked at how bad he's been considering how good he was in college. He had great ball skills and was unanimously considered the top CB coming out by all the analysts. And he's been a big, fat dude thus far in his career. Not even worthy of being a decent #2 corner.
