So you didn't already know this based on the gm for the bast 26 years

They don't care about winning, unless it's winning the most valuable franchise list

You're giving them too much credit, suggesting they fail because they don't care about winning.

They actually do care about winning, they're just not very good at it.

It’s not like the Cowboys aren’t trying to replace Williams. They gave McGovern a shot and he can’t run block. They can’t just put another body in there they have to come up with an upgrade. They’ll be looking to replace him during the offseason.

If they bring back 17 penalties always getting bull rushed Connor Williams back you know Stephen Jones don’t care about winning. It would show that they don’t like to put in the hard scouting work to find better players.

He's not coming back he's going to make 8-10M a year starting for someone else.

He has put on the Cowboys uniform for the last time. That's why he was crying after the playoff loss because he knew he wouldn't be able to take advantage of the benefits and perks of being part of this organization anymore. A lot of these players will end up going elsewhere and be part of a better/winning team but there's no replacing the business and marketing potential of playing for the Cowboys...that's why players love Jerry
