If Cowboys Lose Today

Well, I suppose you can ignore my post. I feel it is an issue many want to ignore or deny. It's like I have feared. Romo is untouchable with many of this eras fan base.

Romo will not win over the ole diehards I have known for 40 years until he gets over the hump...assuming he will.

And you've started two threads about the same thing.

Why would you "tank" the season with a 2-3 record? Is it disappointing to be 2-3 (if it happens)? Sure.........but do we "tank" the season???

The big question would be, is 2-3 closer to 5-0 or 0-5? I'll have to check with Hostile on that.

It was already apparent Romo was not a championship quarterback, today will further enforce that as the team now looks like it has quit, which is somewhat indicative of the play at quarterback.

I'm looking forward to the day when announcers say Tony Romo, former Cowboy quarterback, now a back up in...

No longer will be watching, got things to do.
Romo is garbage though, win or lose he has got to go.

Fire Wade Phillips and hire Shannahan.

negative. If wade goes we should hire Cowher. No doubt. That guy could get through to a few players here that Wade can't seem to.

That said, we're getting beaten by ourselves more than the Chiefs. There's no way we can expect to have turned over the ball as much as we have with as many penalties as we've had and dropped as many passes as we have and win.

This is the second woe is me week for you that you said you will no longer be watching.

If you are not watching, why are you even here on a cowboys fan site?

The 26th ranked defense gave up a touchdown in the final 2 min. to what may be the worst team in league. Season over -fire them all now! This team is lame.

Romo didnt look too bad now did he. Lots of dropped balls that werent his fault.

Yeah, I would be happy with Cowher. In fact, you might be right there as the better candidate.

We can just about tank the season. Trade Romo and prep for a Heisman QB in the draft?

And we thought we had the core for a Championship run...

I don't know anymore...without a healthy backfield to rely on and with no recievers in any top 40 stat and Romo's 74.1 passer rating and 21st in NFL.

What do we have anymore?
That's why you play the game.

I'm looking forward to the day when we don't have a bunch of idiot Negative Nancys on this board. some of the stuff you all come up with is ****** stupid.

Game was on in my peripheral while working, lots of servicemen were watching it and turned it off. I'm a Cowboy fan but this current roster deserves grief and I make no apologies for it, they barely won a game they should've won by three touchdowns and let it go into overtime on a last second touchdown.

Jury is out on Romo and I rescind none of my recent criticism.
