Most of the fans of the Cowboys are young and have never watched them win a Super Bowl. They accept mediocrity because it's all they know. When Dak doesn't win they'll just keep making excuses for him, and we'll waste one of the greatest Defensive players careers until he leaves.

If not Dak, then who? And I don't mean that sarcastically. It's an honest question. Do you draft a QB? Do you even trade up to draft the best prospect we can get? Do you trade for a QB? Try to find a small-school sleeper QB? Maybe your #1 pick is used on a QB two years in a row and let them compete? If Dak is shown his walking papers, there must be a legitimate plan to find someone better.

Cooper Rush has performed admirably in Dak's absence, but he's not starting material. He's someone we were able to win with as a game manager with excellent defensive play. I'm not knocking him. He did his job well, but Philly exposed why he's not who you win a championship with. He's a guy who can do a good job filling in while your starter's out.

Sorry to say that 2016 team wasn't winning a superbowl. They couldn't stop the Packers and they were missing one of their best receivers. You think they Stop Brady with a much better defense?

Whether we support him is irrelevant. His cap hit is $49 million next season and projected to be higher in 2024. He's not going anywhere.
