Reset for the worse? If Dak leaves, it will definitely be worse in Dallas for years to come. Micah and CeeDee will rebel hating to waste their prime years on some far lesser QBs who can't even help lead the team back to the playoffs, and both Micah and CeeDee will be demanding trades out of Dallas. Guarantee it.

Providing Dak plays out this season and leaves Dallas. Where could he honestly go and win a Super Bowl in the next 3 years ? I don't think there's any place better than where he is now. Mostly all the contenders have a solid QB in place. Someone mentioned Las Vegas, but they aren't passing KC anytime soon. Every QB needy team has at least 2-3 roadblocks in their conference to deal with. Dak may not make a difference.

Don't kid yourself. He cares about the money far more than the winning.

I didn't say it had to be Mahomes. You brought up Dak winning rings if he was in KC. Apparently as a backup *wink wink* so I simply pointed out that Mahomes would have won titles here the past few years (Dak still could have even been his backup).
