I really don't think Favre is holding them back. Rogers will be a good QB but he won't be as good as Favre has been.

Seeing the year he just had I really don't see how anyone could honestly feel that Favre held them back, at all.

Well i don't think it was Brett Farve's play as much. I think it was the system that he was in if you look at the Dallas game that will tell you everything. I don't know how much you hear or talk about Greenbay but i hear about them every day. If the results of Brett Farve was him being a product of the system which i believe then Rodgers would and will be better in the system they have right now. Also Rodgers is younger and is learning how to play QB at the NFL level in this system whereas Brett Farve is stuck is old and has bad habits that you can see in his games. those gunsling habits are hard to break Rodgers doesn't have habits like that because he is a veteran like brett

How does anyone know if Rogers has gunslingers habits or not? He's played all of one half in his entire career.

Now, I'm not saying that it's wrong, Rogers might not have those habits but I think it's impossible to say he does, or doesn't, when he's never even started a game yet.

Ok. I guess. Again, seeing as how he's never even started I really don't see how anyone knows how receptive he is to anything anyone says.

He will no doubt be a solid QB for them, of this I have no doubt, but i just don't see where anyone gets that other sort of information since he's never even started yet.

Aaron Rodgers may not be as good as Brett.

But he proved that he is a smarter QB than Brett atleast in our game.

Dude I didnt' say you were wrong and i didn't say any of those things. Don't act like a drama queen.

All I'm saying, is for a guy whose been on the field for all of 2 and a half quarters in his entire career, it's a little presumptious to believe that he's obviously a better listener than Favre or that he'll be more coachable.

All I'm saying is you've got to wait till he gets on the field to be able to make those determinations and I don't mean for all of half a game.

I just see a 13-3 team with Favre slipping down a notch or three if he retires....Rodgers was a nobody until that half against Dallas...thats a big question mark going into next year if he is the guy??? same questions I guess we had with Romo....regardless, its my guess Favres stays, so the question is mute....but if Rodgers is the QB, I say GB slips to 9-7....
