The NFLPA needs to come out and very strongly publicly denounce this decision. They then need to set a marker that the currently disciplinary policies are unacceptable and will be the number 1 issue once the current CBA expires.

If I were a NFL player currently I'd lock myself in the house. Have groceries delivered and anything else I need. The only place I'd go out is with the team in a controlled setting, probably team head quarters/games only. The NFL declared open season on NFL players yesterday, or at least that's how it looked. We're suspending him because we "generally believe" her.

I should be very.....very concerned over this suspension. Regardless of what team Zeke plays on, this suspension is opening up every player to be targets of false accusation from females or the general public. I'm pretty sure Zeke could have paid of this girl to go away. Instead he felt he did nothing wrong so he stood his ground not caving to this girls threats and feeling the justice system had cleared him so what for give this troll easy money? Now this will cost him millions and will hurt the chances for every other teammate who works all year to try to get to the Superbowl. Suspensions like these hurt the entire team that player plays on.

Now every one of these players has a target on their back from people looking for easy money. And if your a player you better think about paying up the money rather then rolling the dice that you might not land on Goddell's bad side. You better hope your not on a team that Godell has an ax to grind.

Players need to unite behind a fellow NFL player and against this power play Godell is trying to force down the whole NFL. Today its a cowboy player. Who will it be next? Now will the players see the big picture and unite to fight the monster? Only time will tell....
I think the real end game for his accuser is a civil suit. Several people heard her threaten him with ruination if he split from her. By filing a civil suit she can claim injury and should be paid for the alleged abuse. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. She knew he was fixing to be a millionaire after he signed his rookie deal. I just wonder how long before she files! Go Cowboys

We might not know the WHOLE story, but facts we DO know.

There were at least two text exchanges (pics to prove) of Tiffany's friend asking her if she wanted her to lie to cops AND Zeke's attorney for at least one accusation.

At the time the Instagram pics were posted, Zeke was not in contact with Tiffany.

Because Zeke's team couldn't explain where he bruises came from they decided that Zeke did it. (Quoted on NFL network)

Her quoted saying (eye witnesses) "I'll ruin your career" as Zeke walked away into an establishment with a group of males and females.

So I'm pretty sent in what I think went on.

A few things that hurt his case:
1. Apparently the time stamps on the photos on Tiffany's phone were consistent with her testimony of when the incidents occurred. Of course she wouldn't post the pics to instagram when they are together. Also, she seemed willing to absorb the violence until she realized they weren't going to be together (she saw him with the other chick in the car). At that point she gave up on being his Girl and went after him. That was toward the end of the week.
2. Zeke's witnesses refused to be interviewed in person, indicating they may not be telling the truth.
3. Zeke has not come out and said 'I committed no act of violence'. Which is a tell:tale sign that he did something. Instead he is arguing that she lied about the one incident (pulling her from the car), said she wanted to ruin him, etc. If he did nothing, he would come out and deny it very clearly instead of all the double-talk.

All this points to a high-likelihood that he did commit acts of violence, even though Tiffany did lie about the one incident and clearly did want to ruin him.

No it doesn't.

They don't need to be strippers or ******. All the need to be is a little crazy, a little money hungry or out for revenge. There's a little piece of that in every woman. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Agreed. And most of the time they hide how crazy they really are until it is too late to get away from it. As I lawyer who does a ton of divorce work, I have seen a lot. I offen advise clients what is coming next because I have seen it a hundred times before but they fail to appreciate the gravity of the situation until it is too late.

There are usually small "tells" when dealing with people like this but they are easily shrugged off as something else. What people don't get is the world is full of people like that.

Well if Zeke is guilty then he should except it and pay her off. Then apologize to everyone and change his habits. He should only fight if he's innocent. Should have proclaimed his innocence again the other day. Like Reality said I would feel a lot better supporting him if he did that. Doesn't change the fact that the NFL has no proof and has been judge, jury and executioner.

I agree with your premise. The question is exactly what information does the NFL have. It seems, as usual, the public doesn't have all the facts.
