espn has nothing to do with the current issues of missing meetings and being late to meetings. It's his job. It's all he has to do. A lot of this crap, he brings on himself.

Missing a meeting / being late aren't anything serious... I have been late for meetings and so have you. We are humans... I'm not taking up for T.O, but all of this rubbish is nothing to be worried about, storyline for the next article.

The guy invites obsession. Or did you not see the situps in his driveway stuff? He enjoys the attention, the circus. Don't ever doubt that. Want proof? Where do you do situps when you decide to work out? In the privacy of your home or do you go out in the driveway where a throng of waiting reporters can see you?

I too found the bicycle stuff funny. However, I cannot deny that he did it to make a splash. So why complain about getting wet if that's the goal from the start?

If I am the Head Coach I don't really want him over there making a spectacle of himself. Yes, I would still find it funny. It wouldn't matter. It takes focus off of the goal. I don't want my team that is practicing to be looking over there at the circus. I want them paying attention.

Look at me antics put this guy in the crosshairs. No different than Keith Davis. Wrong place at the wrong time. You don't want the bullets to fly, then don't go there.

Yep. Sure the media is obsessed. Hell, we are obsessed. Cowboy fans won't be able to get their hands on enough positive pub once he is wrecking opposing defenses. Everyone else can't get enough of what's happening now, even if it's to say "this is just too much T.O."

Yet they watch and we read. And the reason we hear so much about Owens and this current episode - and not about Steve Smith - is because one has a lengthy history of such antics. So heck yeah ESPN is going to set up shop and wait...wait.

But a.b. is right on, IMO. The smart thing to do, what could kill much of this, is for Terrell to give them nothing. I am willing to give this guy the benefit of the doubt regarding his hamstring. But I can certainly understand the skepticism.

I was all for getting TO. I thought he would come in here with his big money and just be a productive player. I honestly think he has a mental disorder, he could be bi-polar, ect. I honestly thought that he would give us a year of good ball and then possibly start to give the Boys' headaches. But honestly, he is an unprofessional, self-centered, punk, jerk, ashhole. I hope he doesn't spoil the rest of the barrell of apples because the Boys' are starting to put something special together. TO if wants to be a football player, you have the opportunity and as a fan I got open arms, but I personally think you want to be a movie star. If thats the case then change your name to "Hollywood TO or Hollywood Eldorado or Hollywood 2" and leave town. As Cowboy fans we've been sucking hind Boob for 11 years, and we want to win. Thats all, win

I make sure i'm not late for meetings with the people that help keep me and my family fed and bills paid. I'd like to know if Terrell has a legitimate excuse. I mean, hello, it is his job. He plays football, what else does he have to do this time of year. He ain't practicing, he should be there. No excuses.

The minute e-s-peeing put a mike in my face to ask the inevitable **** stirring questions, I would say, "Why are you guys asking Steve Smith, Hines Ward the same questions regarding their hamstrings?” “Furthermore, this is the last time I answer any of your questions especially knowing that you will simply go back to Coach Parcells to deliberately try to start a me versus him” “From now on I am quitting your petty game of he said she said, and I will let my play on the field speak for me”

I know it is a pipe dream but if the participants doesn't participate it would go a long way of exposing the hacks at ESPN for trying to create news instead of reporting it.

I don't think TO has ever uttered the word "furthermore"

He doesn't WANT to avoid the attention. Thats what he lives for. I truly think he has a mental problem aside from his overindulged ego. The man lives in an alternate reality where his desires are the only thing that counts, and he can do no wrong in his pursuit of glory.

I, too, thought the cycling jersey was a funny stunt. But you have to know it will irritate the coach and take the focus off your teammates. Why would you do that? Because nothing, and I mean nothing, is wrong with it if it is in pursuit of glory for himself; at least in his mind.

I didn't want Owens on this team but I will root for him since he's here. I hope he helps us win a Superbowl. But I see him for what he is and I will not become a TOJS. It is only a matter of time before he proves his supporters wrong.

Some of you are even saying now that it's not a problem that he's missing meetings and showing up late for rehab sessions. All I can say to that is, wow.

I gave Owens the benefit of the doubt. Now I'm ready for him to be gone.

I have always despised him. I once said that if we signed him I would hope for him to break his leg in the first practice and be out for the year. However, I retracted that statement and said I would cheer for him because he is a Cowboy and I hope he scores 20 TDs and helps us win a superbowl. And, for the record, I'm not even suggesting we cut him now.

But my perception of him hasn't changed and I don't think it will. Sooner or later he is going to act out in a more serious way than he has so far in Dallas and then all his supporters who are blaming everything on the media are going to look like raving lunatics. Just like all the Philthy fans who tied themselves in knots to support him when he signed in Philthy and zone posters told them he would tear the team apart.
