and this BS happens every generation. I heard it back in the 90s, where WRs were being protected, not like the 70s when DBs would tackle them with no penalties!!!!
perhaps we should listen to my Dad who is 93, talk about NFL back in his time. when helmets were leather and didn't have face guards....when nothing was considered dirty hit or tackling...I mean those guys were tough....you think people in the 90s were tough...come on....back in the 50s and 60s was when they played real football, those 90s players were nothing but sissy's and none of them would last a season...
and then comes the next generation and they claim the previous generation had it tougher.... bet when rules change 20 years from now, some idiot will say, hey back in 2020s they played real football, not the sissy stuff they play now!!!! it never fails
yeah, I bet you walked back and forth to school in 6 feet of snow in a blizzard, up hill both ways, while running from wolves and bears, year round....and the sissy's today take a bus!!! that was real school back then when teachers smacked you around, not like today when you are protected from getting beat up....
