If Jerry would have fired Garrett...like he should have,Garrett would not have a job anywhere else.That says a lot.The guy is not a good coach.

Jerry made the right move by firing Stewart. Any hand he had in Garrett staying is also the right move. Our team will really benefit from those moves next season. Especially in retaining Garrett. He will really want to prove his detrators wrong next season.

It's possible, but unlikely. I think most head coaches would want to pick their own staffs, and I doubt any of the people hired as head coaches where he interviewed would have picked him as an OC.

I read Jerry offered garrett the HC job if he came back,and Wade is gone and Capers is coming.Capers told GB to hold off.It may be Garrett and Capers.Wow.That would suck.TO is gone i bet in June.Trade him for Peppers.

Two out of the THREE jobs he's interviewed for have hired defensive coordinators for the HC position. Make Garrett available as an OC right now and they'd scoop him up before I'd finish writting this post.

Even in Denver, Josh McDaniels' philosophy is almost on par with Garrett's, so even though he might not have been calling the plays, he would have still been a good fit.

To be fair, Cad cameron had nobody at QB, had to go for Trent Green, whose concussions pretty much made him a non-factor. He then had to deal with Daunte Culpepper and Joey Harrington.

Spagnuolo wouldn't hire him, I'm sure. Detroit had Mike Martz and Garrett's a poor man's idiot version of Martz.

McDaniels would have been a good fit in that he could have schooled him.

Like it or not, Garrett is a talented young coach, you dont give up on guys like that after a season or 2.
