If looks could kill

Saw that.

He needs to work on his demeanor/body language when things don't go his way.*

*No, I'm not hating on Amari. I love the guy.

Selfish, stupid, and immature players are common in today’s NFL. Despite big money, they pout when they feel “dissed”, which is fairly common.

We better look to keep Cooper happy. Dak not hitting the deep balls are taking TDs away from a productive WR and he knows it. Did you see the look on his face after both times he was wide open and got missed badly? Need to work on deep ball Dakuracy in the off season methinks. The back shoulder when he should have thrown him into the inside was brutal.

That said I thought Dak was decent today. Couple of balls sailed, Cooper missed on two big ones, but Mrs. Beasley saved our (and Dak's) bacon at the end.
He wasnt hitting him deep before, Cooper was busting long RACs. Dak is a 36% passer over 25 yards.

Maybe Cooper should concentrate on catching the balls that hit his hands and he drops and the fumbles.

Dak was “decent”? Really? Almost 400 yards passing and 4tds. I guess I don’t understand the word “decent.”

Fitting handle..:starspin:

really that late fumble and dropped easy catch will keep it even..cooper played lethargic today and its not on Dak this time.. BTW that one big one late Amari tripped threw off the timing, not bad throw..Amari had an off day and hope he comes in to make up for it next week..
Amari has been MIA for a few weeks now, he hasn't been productive since the last Eagles game.

I mean he was upset, I don't need him to go out there and pretend he was happy. Players are emotional. Its when players become OBJ or Dez and start going nuts that it becomes a problem. Amari isn't that type of guy.

Hes gonna get paid this offseason.

No I didn’t see that. You’re trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Jeez.

In Coopers defense,Dallas shouldn’t be using him as this short yardage possession chain mover. He’s not built for that. He’s a intermediate and deep route guy,who needs to run. And how about Dak learn how to throw a ball to wide open players for easy TD’s? Like what is his major malfunction with that? So if he’s at the park playing catch, and some guy is running by himself long...he’ll sail it away from him?

Hopefully he will focus on holding on to the ball after the catch and not dropping any passes rather than the balls that don't go his way.

What was the look on his drop and fumble

Cooper strikes as a bit of a whiny primadona. Hope I'm wrong, but his body language tells me I'm not.

I saw the look/body language the original OP mentioned. But as to your point about Cooper being a primadona. Nothing could be further from the truth. Ask his coaches/teammates going back to HS. He's a total team guy and has always been well liked by his peers even when he was usually the best player on the field.

Cool. I hope so.

I am sick of Cooper’s facial expressions. He should have looked at the big screen and seen tffort just to get the ball off early as being drilled by defender.

Y'all really trying to make Cooper look like the bad guy:facepalm:

He can't be upset when he's doing everything he can to get open and his QB sails a TD pass into the crowd?

Dak needs a real QB coach who can really help him with his footwork, because many of his problems stem from that. Cooper has little room to complain when he fumbles deep into his own territory and stops easy passes.
Do you really think that Moore Is not coaching him on the areas that needs improvement? Dak has had the same problems from his freshman year of college, but now it is Moore’s fault?

Yeah, I have heard/read same. I wasn't going that route w the post. I was legitimately saying "lets get him a deep ball soon and keep him happy." He's a HUGE part of why we're in the playoffs. He's our #1 WR. Keep him happy. He has the ability to get open deep and he wants the ball. Maybe he gets understandably frustrated and that leads to a drop or two. He got whacked good when the fumble happens, so that didn't help. My whole thing was to get him some TLC because he's our guy, that's all.

And I wasn't going for the anti-Dak thing either. This board doth protests too much. Dak was great today, but it so happens that Amari was WIDE open on two deep shots and they got missed. Que sera sera, but because it went down that way lets make sure Amari stays on board. Not anti-Dak, just watching out for our guy #19 (which I love, who remembers Lance Alworth? 4 TDs in 2 years w a star on his helmet).
