Honestly, the best strategy at this point is to sell off talent and go in the gutter for 3 years and try to get Daks replacement and high caliber picks like the Lions did

At the deadline you should drop Dlaw, Martin, Hooker, Wilson, anyone aging out. Get mid round picks and find some gems buried on the roster

This is actually how a winning organization would think. You take the rollercoaster approach and have 4 bad years followed by 5-10 good and repeat.
