If Parcells does go to Jets as GM, do we get draft picks, is that tampering?

I would take the 1st round draft pick and throw so much money at Weiss to coach this team that his great, great grandkids wouldnt have to work a day in their life.

Give me Tressel over Weiss, he just whipped up on them in the Fiesta Bowl. 3 major bowl wins in the last 4 years, 4 bowll wins straight. National Championship, 4 Championships at II-A level, or what ever Youngstown State is, I think it was the team he coached. Winner all the way around.
