Is it supposed to be Eberflus? If so, it doesn't look much like his picture on the Cowboys website. And I don't think it is Norton, Jr....

No isnt. He is younger then Marinelli i believe.

He has ran both a 3-4 and a 4-3. Buffalo ran Tampa 2 when he was HC there.

For some of us older fans, Ken Norton was a HUGE Cowboy fan and raised his son going to training camp. We drafted his son and dealt with several years of injuries. As soon as he got good he bolted... and talked a LOT of crap...
