Maybe its just me but I don't remember the coaching hiring process ever being this messy lol
How do we go from qualified Coaches with Exp to BS?
Who would come in and be his Coordinators? Any Clue?

Why did it take Jerry so long to interview or put BS in contention? They could have moved onto interviews with their own staff after MM backed out so why now?

At the end of the season shouldn't they have been meeting with the staff for jobs availability?

I would actually be interested in this. A whole Jets revival. Rex as DC, Anthony Lynn as OC. Mark Sanchez can quit the booth and come coach our trillion dollar QB (again).

I don't know if we'd be any good, but there are enough real coaches that maybe we'd have a shot.

Then again, if Jerry goes cheap at HC, he will go even cheaper at OC and DC. So I'd expect a bunch of bums already on the staff to be promoted.

It's not just our players but also free agents. I would argue that Jerry's environment will scare off some players unless he outbid other teams. Of course, we aren't big spenders in free agents but still.......

I believe I went nine and eight this season. I was on a roll three in a row.
I think we win nine or 10 games next season.
I think we get a higher draft pick because of all the injuries that we would not have had if we didn’t have the injuries. getting rid of the head coach with another positive for me.

I don't think finding quality coordinators will be a problem at all. Plenty are sitting on the sideline and lots of assistant coaches would jump at the opportunity to prove they have HC potential.
