If Shotty is the coach who's the coordinators?

I don't think finding quality coordinators will be a problem at all. Plenty are sitting on the sideline and lots of assistant coaches would jump at the opportunity to prove they have HC potential.

Are they actually going to be looking for quality coordinators, or will they jusf make Witten OC

I believe I went nine and eight this season. I was on a roll three in a row.
I think we win nine or 10 games next season.
I think we get a higher draft pick because of all the injuries that we would not have had if we didn’t have the injuries. getting rid of the head coach with another positive for me.

This just me but I def don't think Jason is even close to being a qualified OC. Special team coordinator, maybe but not OC ( Petersen, Frank Reich, Josh McCowan, just to name a few) but Josina Andersen reported she was told Brian wants to call his plays. So I guess Jason could be OC that way in name per se.

How do we go from qualified Coaches with Exp to BS?
Who would come in and be his Coordinators? Any Clue?

Why did it take Jerry so long to interview or put BS in contention? They could have moved onto interviews with their own staff after MM backed out so why now?

At the end of the season shouldn't they have been meeting with the staff for jobs availability?

OC - Darrell belevel
DC - ken norton jr.

For OC? Someone desperate for some money.
Same for HC. For DC-likely someone similar but the defense has more young higher end players.

Wow love JW but man he couldn't even explain x n o's when he called games.
I'm hoping that this is just Jerry keeping everyone guessing and Cowboys in the news. Jerry has to be loving this. He will drag this out then probably announce SB week to get the headlines back on him.

Stephen Jones is driving the shotty thing. Jerry isnt sold just yet. That said, if Shotty is the next HC, his oc will be HIM. The DC might be Robert Saleh or they elevate a guy that was on staff last year like Jeff Zunniga. The dline coach. I think Zimmer is gone.
