Trade our 2018 2nd round and 5th round pick to take him? Here's my logic. Jones may or may not be available this year, so you are taking a player that has first round talent for a future 2nd and scraps. That and we should be getting 3-4 comp picks next year. Thoughts?

I'm 50-50 on taking him in the third. I'd have to see how the draft played out to give it a thumbs up or thumbs down.

But why would we have to give up picks to get him?
No picks traded, please. If he's there, give it consideration. If we have to go up to get him, no. He aint Neion Deion.

So we don't have to sacrifice any picks in this draft. In my example, we trade for someone's third while keeping our original 3rd.

I would take either Conley or Jones but we would not take both. I want a DE and a S in the top 2 rounds. That would require at least one of those 2 slipping to the 3rd and the other to the 4th. Not sure I trade up for either. If someone wants to trade back in to the 1st for a QB and give us another Day 2 pick, then I would be willing to take a chance on both. This defense is at least a year a way from being good. Adding 4 talented players would be a massive step forward for this team and a sustained future.

Let's say we get a DB with our first 2 picks this year. Caroll and Scandrick would be a year older and both have 2 years left in their contract; set to be UFA after 2019. We could have a seamless transition in our secondary come 2020.

If Conley is innocent it means she lied. Point blank. If you feel he's inncobent, then indirectly you think she lied, but that doesn't mean you inherently believe all women lie
